A $2,500 non-refundable initial payment is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event. A refundable damage deposit of $750 is paid out 30 days post-event after the venue assessment.
The last call is at 9 pm, and the last dance is at 9:15 pm with an hour’s sendoff. Packing up and loading and vendor exit by 10:30 pm.
Events that exceed 150 guests will be charged an additional facility fee of $550. The maximum number of guests is 200. All rates exclude an 8.8% tax rate.
